October 23 -27 is Red Ribbon Week at SASH! A celebration of and commitment to living a drug-free life. Communities and schools all across the country participate in this event to educate students about the dangers of drugs and alcohol. The theme this year for Red Ribbon Week is “Your Future is Key, so Stay Drug Free”.
Throughout Red Ribbon Week, there will be several activities to promote awareness about the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Please see the themes and schedule below for Red Ribbon Week:
Monday: “Use Your Head, Don’t Do Drugs”. Students wear a CRAZY HAT
Tuesday: “Sock It to Drugs”. Students wear CRAZY SOCKS
Wednesday: “I Am Smarter Than Drugs”. Students wear a COLLEGE SHIRT
Thursday: “I Have the Power to Say No to Drugs”. Students wear a SUPERHERO SHIRT
